GET HYPED - New Age of Ultron Trailer

"I was designed to save the world. People would look to the sky and see hope."
"I'll take that from them first."

Well shit Ultron, you're one cold motherfucker.

After a short hiatus while we got our shit together welcome back to Get Hyped - the series on Nerdpit designed to get you far too excited over far too many distant releases. We're picking it up again with the latest trailer for Avengers: Age of Ultron - which came out last night with a veritable shit tonne of teasers. The trailer, for all you lazy fuckers, can be found below

Personal favourites from the trailer include a scene with the new characters Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver watching Ultron on his throne:

Don't let him get in his zone

And fully-restored Avengers Tower. Which is basically a 50 storey monument to Tony Stark, because "laying low" when the world knows you might have sealed their demise is an unknown concept to him.
For some reason a huge bridge is several hundred feet above the ground, and I have no idea why. But at this point Joss Whedon could direct a film advocating Genocide and I'd walk away thinking he's got some astute points.

Steve Rogers - butterfingers
ROMANTIC SUB-PLOT INBOUND. Bruce Banner and Black Widow definitely gettin' it on. Probably. Maybe. Who the fuck knows at this point?

Before Nick Fury gives a pep talk to The Avengers. Unfortunately it fell on Stark and Banner's "Casual Fridays"....

Did you guys not get the memo?
A few visually impressive fight scenes, including The Avengers flying forward in unison to fuck shit up, followed by Cap facing off against the James Spader voiced Ultron.

Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Elizabeth Olsen play twin mutants Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch (Shh, don't say the M word otherwise the X Men producers will be piiiiiiissed) and to demonstrate how awesome they are, here's Quicksilver literally knocking the spit out of Captain America.

Mmmmm, phlegmilicious
Line of the trailer definitely goes to Thor, with "Is that the best you can do?!"
On a totally unrelated note, "the Rubeus Hagrid 'I should not have said that'" award also goes to Thor, for the reasons below.

Pretty much resulting in The Avengers fucking shit up in what will hopefully be a 360' shot similar to the first movie. Note how Scarlet Witch is now fighting with The Avengers, which makes me think a change of sides happens. Goddamn fairweather muties.

And finally, for the bit that got me losing my shit - what may or may not be Vision. With what may or may not be an Infinity Stone in his head. He also may or may not be played by Paul Bettany, who may or may not voice JARVIS in Iron Man and the first Avengers movie.

Overall this trailer has definitely shown more of the plot than the previous ones, and it's only 6 weeks until it's out - hopefully there's one more trailer out beforehand, or at least a TV trailer, and because I'm beating this movie like a dead horse I'll be posting about that too! And for those who want to enjoy the best bit of the trailer, here's that gif.
